Today was the boss' birthday so we made her a card at work and then later snuck off to Meijer and got her a cake. I also found out that I'm being promoted to team lead just no idea what that will entail salary wise, but I hope it's good. we will have to see. Seems to be taking a while, but that's life in the corporate world.
When I got home we went and bought groceries at Sav A Lot. And then we came home and I made goulash and the kids had some crappy, little frozen dinners that they loved, but I thought they were lame. After that Stan Lee's Who Wants To Be A Superhero was on so we watched that and then made our way to bed.
Another uneventful day in a series of many.
Oh yeah, it was hot today. Very hot.
